What is your lead replacement policy?
Customer service IS our business. While we are consistently striving to increase the quality of our leads, sometimes a lead does need to be replaced. If you are attempting to figure out what your cost per lead will be, remember to look at the replacement policy of the lead! If you used a company that had a low cost per lead, but a bad replacement policy, you could potentially wind up spending more than two or three times the cost per lead over the life of the order! Don't put yourself through that! Go with the industry leader TODAY! Please note that our replacement policy is one of the best in the industry! To put it to you straight, we'll replace any lead:
Non-Exclusive/Shared Lead Order(s)
- The Lead claims to have been contacted by more than the number of iLeads referrals agreed upon at the time of order.
- The Lead's phone number is not valid or is a fax or pager number.
- The Lead is a duplicate or an immediate family member at the same address.
- The Lead is a fictitious person, a child, or another broker / agent.
- The Lead claims to have input their information more than seven days prior to your receipt.
- The Lead is uninsurable because of a severe physical impairment (where applicable and at iLeads discretion).
- Unless in the case of purchase Leads (new home), the Lead is not a homeowner, OR is a mobile home, co-op (when applicable).
Exclusive Lead Order(s):
Any non-exclusive lead return reason(s) plus:
- The Lead claims to be non-exclusive (contacted by another referral from iLeads).
- The Lead is either in underwriting, (Insurance Lead) OR in escrow (Mortgage Lead) at the time of their submission.
Aged Data Order(s):
- Aged Data leads are not replaceable
